God created the world in six days...
...but it's taking me a little longer to see it all. In this presentation, we visit train stations and chapels, rock concerts and waterfalls, and explore nature and the vibrant cities that populate our planet. We visit some incredible highlights in this outing, the deserts of Arizona, the railways of England, dead volcanos in Hawaii and all sorts of things in between.
6.1 - Grand Pier in Weston-super-Mare, England. Situated on the Bristol Channel, it has been open since 1904.
6.2 - Another view of the Leeds train station. I'm particularly fond of this shot.
6.3 - chapel on the USS Midway in San Diego, a retired aircraft carrier, it is now a museum.
6.4 - a low-light shot from a Needtobreathe concert.
6.5 - not included in previous displays of my work, this is the debut of this gorgeous shot from Brooklyn Bridge, looking back on Manhattan.
6.6 - I always stop here to look at the boats moored here, a quick Google search reveals the name of this area to be Matanzas Pass Mooring Field.
6.7 - there are few interesting things to see in this photo taken from Brooklyn Bridge, among them, Pier 17 - a rooftop concert venue and the ship in the foreground.
6.8 - Falls Park in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I visited on a nice summer day and thoroughly enjoyed the trails, walking paths and lookouts.
6.9 - one of my favorite places in Los Angeles, I first saw Angel's Flight railway in a dream, before later learning it was real place.
6.10 - another view of Hole in the Rock, this time from an angle showing the roads through Papago Park.
6.11 - an amazing concert! I don't have many photos of this one, because as soon as they started to rock a huge thunderstorm rolled in and began to pour! I managed to snap this photo in a drier moment.
6.12 - I'm struggling to identify this one, but I believe it is a komodo dragon in one of the zoos I've visited.
6.13 - my first beach in Australia, Bondi Beach.
6.14 - captured this one on an early morning walk, circa 2014.
6.15 - the main street of the Western Town at Paramount Movie Ranch.
6.16 -Jake Jones from As We Ascend, during a performance.
6.17 - a closeup of a bumble bee that I captured on a walk near Jewett, Ohio.
6.18 - the last leg of the climb up Diamond Head in Honolulu. An old military lookout, there are views of the Pacific as well as the city from up there.
6.19 - just one of many steam locomotives on display at the National Railway Museum in York, UK.
6.20 - a look back down Koko Head Trail in Hawaii, Hanauma Bay is visible in the upper left of the image.
6.21 - another photograph from my summers shooting Alive Festival as practice to be a concert photographer.
6.22 - an unidentified plant that I spotted on that first visit to Arizona in 2017.
6.23 - an interesting shot of a zebra, but also an example of what can spoil a photograph for someone who doesn't use photoshop... the wires that form the enclosure are prominent in this shot.
6.24 - a view of San Buenaventura Pier from a walkway a distance away.
6.25 - the body of water behind Hoover Dam in Nevada.
6.26 - Paddy's Markets in Sydney was one of the largest markets I've ever been in, I managed to get lost several times.
6.27 - one of the beaches of Hawaii, that is comprised of fragile black volcanic stone deposited by the now dormant volcanos nearby.
6.28 - a bird perched on a post on Fort Myers Beach.
6.29 - one of the first photos I took in City Park, New Orleans. Summer of 2019.
6.30 - a view of Manhattan from the Empire State Building.
